Victoria University has organized a Webinar to discuss the theme ‘The success and failure of family business in Africa’ in an attempt to help find solutions that can help entrepreneurs prepare their bossiness establishments live longer after they demise.
To discuss this educative and informative topic is renown businesswoman Prof. Maggie Kigozi, director Crown Beverages Ltd. She, having taken over from the death of her husband Daniel Kigozi in 1994, has steered the beverage company to great heights.
Her presence at the Webinar is merited and she comes with a wealth of experience discussing the dos and don’ts when running a family business. In Uganda, family businesses tend to collapse when the founder dies. This webinar attempts to find solutions for this misfortune.
Others on the panel are Nicholas Opiyo, executive director Chapter Four Uganda, Gideon Kirumira, chairman, Trigger Enterprises Ltd and Natasha Sinayobye, an actress are the other panelists.
